About SMU Prinsep Street Residences (PSR)

SMU Prinsep Street Residences (PSR) is an innovative communal living concept for SMU students - the College of Integrative Studies (CIS) oversees the undergraduate collegiate experience by providing shared open spaces to live, learn and interact. 

PSR welcomes applications from both local and international undergraduate students who will be studying full-time at SMU for the new academic year. Successful applicants will be informed of their application results through email by the end of July 2026.

Student residential activities at PSR are essential to enrich the overall educational experience as it fosters community spirit, enhances personal development and provides opportunities to explore interests and talents beyond the classroom.
