Teo Lay Lim
Teo Lay Lim is a seasoned business leader of over 36 years, and has played key roles in business transformation and new business startups in Singapore and the region.
Lay Lim retired as a Senior Managing Director of Accenture in 2021 after a career spanning 33.5 years. Her roles during this time are characterised by:
- Setting up new businesses for the firm, setting up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in 2000, Accenture Analytics and Accenture Sustainability Services in 2008 - for the Asia Pacific region
- Entry into new spaces, leading the firm’s entry into the Healthcare sector through an transformational engagement in 2003, and
Executing Accenture’s own transformation, leading the establishment of new geographical entity of Southeast Asia, which she ran from its inception in 2011 until her retirement in 2021. - Lay Lim’s international experience included two years in Shanghai, and as a member of the leadership team for a global transformation program in which she spent 18 months across Paris, Hong Kong and Seoul.
Lay Lim came out of retirement in 2022 to lead SPH Media in its first phase of transformation as a newly set up CLG (Company Limited By Guarantee) following a restructuring exercise. She retired from SPH Media in July 2024. During this time she also served on the Global Board of INMA, the International News Media Association, and WAN-IFRA, the World Association of News Publishers.
Lay Lim currently serves on the Board of UOB as a member of the Executive Committee and Audit committee, and Workforce Singapore where she chairs the Remuneration Committee.
Lay Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore. She took part in MIT Sloan School of Management’s Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program from 2014-2016 and the Leadership Development Program at IMD in 2009.

Chris Lee is the Assistant Chief Executive (ACE) of Museum Experience & Operations at National Gallery Singapore. He leads a wide portfolio spanning
Facilities Management & Operations, Visitor Experience, Innovation & Technology, Finance & Procurement, and Business Development. With a strong
background in strategic marketing and digital transformation, Chris plays a key role in shaping integrated and visitor-centric experiences, while driving
operational excellence and sustainable growth for the Gallery.
Chris led the Gallery’s self-disruption transformation, in response to COVID-19, towards a phy-gital museum and outreach beyond its walls through breakthrough initiatives like GalleryAnywhere & The People’s Gallery. Online visitorship tripled to 3.5 million post pandemic and onsite visitorship has recovered to surpass prepandemic levels.
Chris also led a large cross-divisional team from 2019 to 2022 to radically redesign the museum experience into a new multi-modal, decentralized ticketing and seamless museum experience, involving both hard and soft infrastructure innovation.
Prior to National Gallery Singapore, Chris served in a number of key executive marketing management positions at EMC, HP, Sony Ericsson, Philips and Procter & Gamble.

In this role, he works to develop an integrative people strategy based on data, drive cross-functional people projects, create compelling physical environment for employees and strengthen Grab's resilience against threats. Cornelius also serves on the Board of SoDrama Entertainment; and was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising organisations on talent, culture and operating model transformations across industries and geographies.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led numerous project implementations and managed diverse client accounts in the health and public service sectors. With his expertise, he has been able to collaborate with clients across different management levels in Singapore, ASEAN, India and Australia to drive their digital transformation.
In addition to his work with Accenture, he also serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching solution architecture in SMU, a board advisor in SCIS in SMU, and a co-chair of SMU Alumni Philanthropy Council. These roles have allowed him to stay current with emerging trends in technology and education, as well as to give back to the community. His problem-solving, design thinking, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills have proven valuable in each of these endeavors. Overall, his diverse experiences have enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by clients and stakeholders in various industries.

Lee Hwee Boon was appointed Head of Group Human Resources of OCBC Bank in June 2022. As the Head of Group Human Resources in OCBC, she is committed to driving people strategy in alignment with OCBC Group’s overall objectives and fostering employee engagement and a culture of learning, development and collaboration. She is also dedicated to shaping OCBC Group's talent management strategies and ensuring OCBC Bank remains a preferred employer in the banking industry.
Prior to this appointment, Hwee Boon has worked in diverse functions in OCBC Group, covering strategy, risk management as well as corporate and commercial banking.
Hwee Boon actively supports workforce development and the advancement of human capital practices through her cross-sector contributions. She is a Tripartite Mediation Advisor and currently serves as Co-chair of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Human Resources Industry Group. Yuvan Mohan

His career trajectory is diverse. After nearly five years at Citibank, Yuvan pivoted to public policy at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), steering investments across South Asia and the Middle East. He then transitioned to tech to launch Lalamove's Corporate Affairs function in Singapore.
Beyond corporate strategy, Yuvan shapes national community initiatives. He serves as a Council Member for both the National Youth Council (NYC) and Families for Life (FFL), while contributing to the Youth Advisory Group at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). With nearly twenty years dedicated to youth leadership, his efforts have earned national honors, including the President's Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award (PVPA) and selection as an ASEAN Youth Fellow.
