Julyn Kang is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Centre for English Communication, College of Integrative Studies, specialising in curriculum design and the integration of generative AI in first year undergraduate education. She has spent two decades teaching communications at NUS, Sim University and various polytechnics, after her early career as a journalist. Her interests span intercultural communication, neurodiversity and the use of creative (non)fiction to enrich writing pedagogy and fostering inclusive classrooms. She holds a Masters in Media and Communication from Goldsmiths College, University of London, where she studied as a Swire-Chevening Scholar.
