Chia Mien is a Teaching Fellow (Communication). Drawing on her professional background in the public sector, she is interested in writing and its role in shaping public discourse, particularly in the area of politics. Her work focuses on academic writing pedagogy, technology-enhanced learning initiatives, including the development of Grammar Guru, and on supporting instructors in developing their teaching practices through Communities of Practice and other collaborative forms of professional development that enhance student learning.
