The CIS Executive-In-Residence (EIR) programme bridges the gap between academia and industry, giving students access to expert mentorship and real-world insights. By sharing their extensive knowledge through one-to-one consultations, the CIS EIRs play a key role in enriching our College community and driving our growth and success.

Yuvan Mohan is an experienced professional with over a decade in business, government relations, and youth leadership development. As the inaugural Country Head for Public Policy, Government Relations, and ESG, Data Privacy & Trust and Safety at Lalamove, he spearheads regulatory negotiations and partnerships to enhance corporate responsibility. His career began at Citibank, where he held various roles over nearly five years. He then transitioned to public policy at Economic Development Board (EDB), attracting investors from South Asia and the Middle East, before joining Lalamove to build its public policy function.

An alumnus of Singapore Management University, Yuvan holds a Master's in Management and a Bachelor of Social Sciences. He is a certified coach and actively supports national initiatives, serving on boards like the National Youth Council (NYC) and Families for Life (FFL). His commitment to social impact has earned him numerous accolades, including the President's Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award (PVPA) and ASEAN Youth Fellow (AYF).

Yuvan is a thought leader in youth empowerment and social policies, speaking at events like the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Singapore Perspectives and the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) Volunteer Management Bootcamp. His insights are featured in publications like Today and The Straits Times. Yuvan specializes in social impact, public policy, and media engagement.
