Speaking at a panel discussion on the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's latest report and its implications for Singapore, SMU Associate Professor of Science, Technology and Society Winston Chow said, "Businesses have an outsized influence in climate action, and what they do goes beyond the borders of Singapore. Being cognizant of what the risks are can be one way that Singapore can punch above its weight, beyond its territorial borders, for climate action."
