Edmund Lin joined Bain & Company’s San Francisco office in 1990 and relocated to Singapore in 1994 to help found the global consultancy’s Southeast Asian practice.  From 2010 to 2019, he served as Bain’s Global Head of Financial Services, and had led the firm’s practice area, advising the world’s leading financial institutions on their most critical business issues.  Under his leadership, Financial Services has been one of the largest and fastest growing practices within the firm.  Ed works extensively with leading global and domestic financial institutions across Asia, Europe and the United States spanning growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and large scale transformation programs. 

Ed serves on the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees and is Chairman of the Finance and Remuneration Committee.  He is also Chairman of the SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business Advisory Board and SMU College of Integrative Studies Advisory Board.

Ed has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Distinction, Beta Gamma Sigma) and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley (High Honours, University of California Regents Scholar, National Merit Scholar). 

Dennis Tan was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Singapore on 9 March 2020. He is also Deputy President in the Life Insurance Association’s Management Committee, Council Member at IBF Singapore, and Multilateral Healthcare Insurance Committee (MHIC) Member at Ministry of Health Singapore, Board Director at the Council for Third Age, Board Member at the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

A veteran banker, Dennis has 26 years of experience in consumer banking spanning product development, segment management, marketing and sales and distribution. Prior to joining Prudential, Dennis was with OCBC Bank for 10 years, of which 7 were spent leading a 3,100-strong consumer banking division as Head, Consumer Financial Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Honours with Distinction) from Indiana University and has completed the Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Planner.

Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice across PwC Singapore, and she is also a member of the wider PwC Global ESG Leadership Team. She helps organisations strategise, implement, report and obtain assurance across a range Environmental, Social and Governance issues. This includes but not limited to in the areas of carbon measurement, decarbonisation and net zero/carbon-netural pathways, climate risk assessments, impact assessments, green and sustainable finance, sustainability strategy,  sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance. She has worked in London and Singapore and served clients across financial services, government, real estate, marine, oil and gas, consumer, resources and telecommunications. 

Eu-Lin serves on not-for-profit boards where she is a board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of a healthcare board and board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of an international school. She is also the board member of an Institute of Higher Learning where she sits as an Audit Committee member and the Deputy Chairman of its business school. She also serves on committees under the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment. She is also the Deputy Chair of the Sustainability and Climate Change Committee of the Singapore Institute of Accountants. She was also the first chairwoman of a Singapore youth leaders society in it 50 plus year history and also served on the board of the National Youth Council. 

Eu-Lin graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. She is an Edwards S. Mason Fellow and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. As a practicing Singapore Chartered Accountant, she believes that accountants can play an important role in fighting climate change and advancing sustainability in business and in the community. 

Wai Hoong is Head of Southeast Asia and as well as Head of Technology & Consumer (Asia) in Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek in 2019, he was a Partner at General Atlantic leading their Southeast Asia investing programme and previously was a Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners.

Earlier in his career, Wai Hoong held a variety of investment management and investment banking roles at firms including Headlands Capital Partners, LLC, Blum Capital Partners LP, and Morgan Stanley.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Michigan.

Hian is a co-founder of Openspace, which was founded in 2014. He now sits on the Investment Committee, focuses on new growth strategies, and represents the firm on the Boards of some of its fastest growing investments, including Kumu, Nutrition Technologies, Love, Bonito and FreshKet. He also led the first institutional fundraising round for Gojek (now GoTo.) He has a great deal of practitioner experience having founded and built Asian Food Channel, a 24-hour pay TV channel, which was sold to US media giant, Scripps Interactive in April 2013. He is currently active on the Board of the Singapore Science Centre and sits on the A*STAR portfolio management committee. Hian holds an MBA from INSEAD Singapore and a Law Degree from Trinity College, Oxford.

Kelvin is a partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP. He is the Co-Head of the Corporate & Commercial Department. He heads the Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice, and co-heads the Employment, Health & Safety Practice. Kelvin also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Law Society Pro Bono Services, as well as on the boards of AETOS Holdings and Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. He is also a member of the Professional Affairs Committee and member of the Advisory Committee of Victoria Junior College and Victoria School. He had previously served as an independent director on the boards of Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd., SP PowerGrid Limited, PowerGas Limited, SP PowerAssets Limited, National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre and National Council of Social Service.

Professor Kenneth Kwek is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore General Hospital (SGH). SGH was established in 1821, and celebrated her bicentennial in 2021. SGH is the largest and leading hospital in Singapore with a committed team delivering advanced clinical care to over 1 million patients every year. SGH works with other institutions in the SingHealth cluster, and around the world to advance clinical excellence, research and education.

Prof Kwek is passionate about improving the quality of patient care and harnessing process re-engineering, innovation and technology to enhance the safety and reliability of clinical care and patient outcomes as well as the experience of holistic care. He is concurrently Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (Innovation & Informatics), SingHealth, and leads the team in various transformation initiatives with a focus on creating value and scaling up useful innovations.

Prof Kwek is an obstetrician by training, specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine, with a clinical interest centered around care for high risk pregnancies. He applies his clinical background and leverages on his experience in hospital management to advance value-based care incorporating research and innovation, process redesign and deep collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes at a sustainable cost.

Mr Lew Chuen Hong is the Chief Executive of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). He leads IMDA in growing Singapore’s Digital Economy, to secure Singapore’s place as an international digital metropolis.

This includes providing world-class infrastructure, spurring innovation, nurturing local companies, and anchoring global MNCs. He also oversees the up-skilling of our Tech workforce, as well as nurturing a digitally inclusive society where all Singaporeans can enjoy the benefits of digitalisation.

Mr Lew had previously served on the Boards of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, and ST Engineering.

Wee Lee was appointed the Group Chief Digital Officer of DFI Retail Group (Jardine Group) in September 2023. He is responsible for the Group's efforts in driving the growth of Digital businesses.

Prior to joining DFI, Wee Lee held various senior management roles with Lazada Group, serving in both regional and country business roles across corporate development, innovation and general business management. As the CEO of Lazada Singapore, he led both the Lazada marketplace and Singapore's leading online grocery Redmart, transforming the business towards growth and sustainability.

Wee Lee also held other leadership roles in two Singapore-listed Engineering and Technology companies, leading strategy, corporate development and business operation roles spanning multiple geographies. He led and incubated the growth of emerging new businesses across energy, infrastructure, robotics, automotives and AI-linked domains. Wee Lee started his private sector career as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company across Asia Pacific.

Wee Lee has lived and worked in more than 10 countries. He received his Bachelor's in Economics (Summa Cum Laude), and graduated as a Merrill Presidential Scholar. He also completed his Masters in Statistics at Harvard University.

Mr Ong Tze-Ch’in is Chief Executive of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. In this role, he is responsible for the supply of clean water, the reclamation of used water, the management of storm water, and the protection of Singapore’s coasts against sea level rise.

Prior to PUB, Tze-Ch’in was Deputy Secretary (Resilience) at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, where he oversaw water and food policies, as well as the Ministry’s international relations, communications and engagement, and emergency planning functions. Before that, Tze-Ch’in served 2 tours in the Ministry of Education (MOE) family. He was the Chief Executive of SkillsFuture Singapore and concurrently Deputy Secretary (SkillsFuture) in MOE; and prior to that, the Coordinating Divisional Director of the Higher Education Group in MOE. Before his Public Service career, Tze-Ch’in started out in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), attaining the rank of Brigadier General after almost 25 years of service. His last 2 appointments in the SAF were: Director of Military Intelligence / Chief C4I; and Commander of the 3rd Singapore Division.

Tze-Ch’in currently serves on the Board of the Housing and Development Board, the Advisory Board of Singapore Management University’s College of Integrative Studies and Member of Tropical Marine Science Institute’s Distinguished Advisory Council. Tze-Ch’in previously served in multiple Boards of various organisations - the Institute for Adult Learning, Workforce Singapore, Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (e2i), Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and ST Electronics. Tze-Ch’in was also previously Chairman for Sembawang Country Club.

Tze-Ch'in received a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD in 2010 and a Masters in Defence Studies from King's College London in 2006. He graduated from Stanford University in 1998 with Masters and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering.

Teo Lay Lim is a seasoned business leader of over 36 years, and has played key roles in business transformation and new business startups in Singapore and the region.

Lay Lim retired as a Senior Managing Director of Accenture in 2021 after a career spanning 33.5 years. Her roles during this time are characterised by:

• Setting up new businesses for the firm, setting up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in 2000, Accenture Analytics and Accenture Sustainability Services in 2008 - for the Asia Pacific region
• Entry into new spaces, leading the firm’s entry into the Healthcare sector through an transformational engagement in 2003, and
• Executing Accenture’s own transformation, leading the establishment of new geographical entity of Southeast Asia, which she ran from its inception in 2011 until her retirement in 2021.

Lay Lim’s international experience included two years in Shanghai, and as a member of the leadership team for a global transformation program in which she spent 18 months across  Paris, Hong Kong and Seoul.

Lay Lim came out of retirement in 2022 to lead SPH Media in its first phase of transformation as a newly set up CLG (Company Limited By Guarantee) following a restructuring exercise. She retired from SPH Media in July 2024. During this time she also served on the Global Board of INMA, the International News Media Association, and WAN-IFRA, the World Association of News Publishers.

Lay Lim currently serves on the Board of UOB as a member of the Executive Committee and Audit committee, and Workforce Singapore where she chairs the Remuneration Committee. 

Lay Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore. She took part in MIT Sloan School of Management’s Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program from 2014-2016 and the Leadership Development Program at IMD in 2009.
