Interview with AP Winston Chow

Commenting on the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), SMU Associate Professor of Science, Technology and Society Winston Chow said that the nationally determined conditions (NDCs) of greenhouse gases emissions are not yet anywhere close to where they should be for climate change, and still need reviewing for the next COP.
